I bet those are set up for 1/4 mile.

The pic is from Ricky Gadson's Race school facebook page. Says they are setup for 8 sec 1/4. I don't think those are the ones for the Zero to Hero Challenge.

Looks like I should make the finalist list... I finished 2nd with 18% of the vote, and all of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th positions were gaining on the leader.  I can't thank everyone enough for voting for me, you are all awesome!

+1 on the Congratulations!

Let us know if they let you mount the Murph's light bars, and the tip over kit, along with the Givi 52 liter trunk when you get to the track.  :)

Ok, let me rephrase this................I believe the guy to the left of Ricky Gadsen (in the white leathers since the lady person in the black leathers is clearly Troy Polumalu's stunt double) is Galaxieman.

I got home last night around 11pm.  I'm restricted from stating or implying anything about the outcome until after Kawasaki releases the results.  They said that should happen as soon as today or tomorrow, but our confidentiality agreement runs beyond that in case they take longer.  As such, I'll be working on my long-ass write-up of the event and editing pictures for the next couple of days.  I will however post some pictures as I get to them in editing, and can say I made multiple sub-10-second passes in excess of 140mph.  Additionally, they had a FUSE camera crew there filming for a show to be aired on SPEED TV some time in August or September, so my write-up will have to be somewhat limited until I see how everything shakes out in the final edits...

Hopefully the passes were fast enough for you to have a 2012 ZX-14R in your garage.   ;D

Unfortunately, I went too fast... short write-up here: http://www.zggtr.org/index.php?topic=8765
Longer write-up is over at my blog linked in that thread.
