Holy **** can this woman sing!!!

Imelda May  :hail:  She sounds a lot like Chrissie Hynde of Pretenders fame but WAY better.

Imelda has taken the spot as my favorite female vocalist of all time. What a powerhouse!

been a while kids... you need a good dose...  a little Tubular fer ya/
excuse the intro, sound sucked, but the rest of the concert was awesome... was there, and tell ya, it was pretty good... not quit as good as the '75 concert at Music hall in Cleveland, but still good...( man, it took days to recover from the '75 show... whewwww.. lost my keys during the chainsaw meeeleee... and rock and roll bondage set... and after the show we were scouring the floor for my keys... didn't find the keys, but 6 of us walked outta there with pockets stuffed full with other stuff... 714 (jk) ... that was worth the efforts.. oh, we also met Fee, who came out and talked with us... and the cops...  ??? ??? ??? all good.

! No longer available

just wish this was video, it was spectacular for a stage show...
I've seen this band so many times, and back then the stagecraft, and effects, were simply unexplainable... the transition from "lets make some Noise" into "weebie dance" which you can see on the Completion Backwards disc... were actually accomplished onstage so seamlessly you didn't realize it until it was full swing. Phenomenal...
anyone that never saw these folks live, repetitiously, truly missed stagework ,

Dude....
That stupid link for the youtube conversion, is a real pain... it stores a bunch of adware, and also f'd up links, on my tablet, and heaven knows if it even works... I ditched about a dozen links for crap, because I didn't want to click "ok" to the popups saying I "won something"...

Very effed up...

Thanks.

Hi,
        Welcome to Windows I guess???

I use Ubuntu (LINUX) and Firefox Ad Block , works great, and no pop ups????

I've used this to put music from u-tube to my I-Pod and play it in my truck!

Worked great!

Do you think I would put a link to something I thought was screwed up?

Sorry???

Hi,
Thought I would put a song up, I've listened to since a kid.

When I was 18, I had a room mate with a International Orange Road Runner with all the goodies on it, plus it had 11 inch (Memory fogged)...

Mickey Thompson tires (?) been awhile but the car was really fast!

We were coming back one day from New Symrna Bch. and a FHP car picked us up on I-4.

My room mate was already over the line on tickets and didn't want another, so floored it and we were off!

I remember seeing how this was an ORANGE Roadrunner this might not be a good idea, but...

We got out of sight of the Trooper and took an exit and hit the back roads and that was the end of it!

I just remember playing and being into, Blue Oyster Cult ,at this time and saw them do a good show in Jacksonville years later!

Those were the daz!

I can't forget this was playing on the radio on the drive home after passing my check ride. But now that I'm in the 'test phase' of my new plane, the song has special meaning.

David Gilmore had a fear of flying, his solution was to take up flying lessons. Not only did his fear pass when he received his pilots license, but he collected a number of planes (since sold) after 'Learning to Fly', as well as writing and performing this spiffy song.

If you're a pilot, you'll understand the 'turn, time, twist (throttle, talk)' reference. If you're not a pilot, what's holding you back?
