I would think the bars and bolt pattern is the same but the brake and clutch lines might be different.

The bars are compatible, to the best of my knowledge.

Good point. Although I don't think that is an issue EXCEPT for the new "Damn Potholes" risers http://www.zggtr.org/index.php?topic=7271.0 (http://www.zggtr.org/index.php?topic=7271.0) which have a big offset.

I'm asking if 08/09 risers will fit on a 10+, the 10+ does not have the center glove box so I wouldn't think that would be an issue since there's even more room there on a 10+?? Or did I misread your post? :-\

LOL! He misread your topic, and I just followed along with it :)
The clearance issue would only be on using risers designed for 2010+ on an older model that still has the tank-mounted glovebox. But the only risers I know of with an interfering offset like that would be the ones I mentioned, above. I don't think it matters with any other "brand".

No worries, I fugured as much Max.
The risers in question are Genmar 1.5" risers that are from an 08, just confirming they'll work on LivnLoud's 11...

Should be no reason they will not. Only issues come when going from 2010 to 2009 due to box as stated.

Yep- Genmar is just a simple, straight-up riser. Will fit any C14
