Cassoday, KS ride in bike run

this goes on all summer long.  any interest in a group ride there from the KC area??

Here are the dates:

March 6, 2011--done
April 3, 2011--done
May 1, 2011--done
June 5, 2011--done
July 3, 2011
August 7, 2011
September 4, 2011
October 2, 2011
November 6, 2011

I used to go about 10 years ago.  Nowadays I have to work on Sundays.  Usually there is a dyno truck there if you wanted to run and see what kind of power you are making.  Have fun.

we rode up there the last ride in and it was 40 and raining.   im hoping for better weather this next go around.
there was still like 200-300 bikes there!  on a good sunday there should be 6000-7000 bikes!!

I try and go every summer, maybe september (I may be coming from the inlaws in McPherson)

I'll try to make the July ride.  That would be great to put my bike on the dyno and see what it makes.  I wonder how much they charge for a non Harley?

lots of H-Ds there bt there was a ton so sport tourers there last time.  but it was 40 degrees and raining last time......

These are special, low performance dyno machines.  I think a Concours would blow up the dyno.   ;D

I may think about a July trip there.
Arctic Cat M8 163 rules

Sleds, Dirt Bikes, ATV's, Street Bikes, Mountain Bikes.  Heck, I guess if it has handlebars I'll give it a try.

i did not.  i had a lot of people cancel on me and money is kinda tight right now so it was for the better that i did not go.  but July is a 100% doin it. 8)

I am in for August (July is no good since we will be at the Lake for Independence Day).  My wife is still trying to decide if she wants to ride that far with me.  If I can figure out a way for her to cross stitch while riding pillion, I know she would go.
