exhaust collar\flange size to mount cobra pipes

Pulled my pipes, the exhaust collar or flange is one with the pipes. I need a set for the Cobra pipes, which are new but seem to not have them.

I can't find my digital caliper.

What is the technical term for what I need if not flange or collar? I'm guessing it's just a silicone donut?

It is called a gasket.   I believe it is  impregnated with tin or lead which makes it shiny yet  soft so it breaks easy and it seals the exhaust pipe connection welll.
