Title: Permanent windscreen bracket fix

Here is a permanent solution to fix the broken windscreen bracket on a Kawasaki Concours GTR 1400

The bolt I used to hold the bracket mechanism in place was a 1/4 in shoulder bolt and the slot or channel was cut to 5/8 in to allow the bolt to move up and down.
