Front tire question

Before I buy i just want to make sure I got this right. If you put a E-3 wing size tire { 13/70/18} it need to be bias to fit the 3" rim. Correct? THANKS

Yuk!  Why make a sports car handle like a dump truck is beyond me.  I think you mean 130/70/18.

Correct.  A 130/70 radial is meant to mount to a 3.5" rim, the bias will fit a 3" rim.  Here's Dunlop's fitment info:
