Home now pending surgery on the collarbone. The ends are overlapped pulling my shoulder in about 2.5 inches. An aftermarket plate to be installed. Guess I could count that as my newest farkle.

T-boned means he hit you in the side right?  I guess the bags and front fairing structure saved you from leg injuries?  Did the guy just blatantly run a red light?

Hope the surgery goes well and you have a full recovery.  Don't sign anything from the insurance company until you are off all the pain meds and have time to study everything.

Yep. Hit me on the right side just behind the right foot peg. Luckily missed my leg. They pulled out of a Mickey D's parking lot at the same time I was going by. View was blocked by cars lined up waiting to turn. They just pulled blindly out into traffic on a 4 lane road. The bike is a total loss as both it and I wound up in front of a KFC about 75 ft past the impact. Probably doing around 40 mph. Kevlar jacket, pants and gloves kept road rash to a minimum. Just happened in a split second.
No worries, not signing anything now!!
Been riding for 40+ years. The doc said it's not like you are 12 and got bones broken. Gee thanx doc.
Thanx for all the support and be safe. It's just a flesh wound.

Be interesting to know that the insurance pays out on the bike.  Plus the accessories.  I have determined that my bikes are worth more to the insurance company than I could sell them for.

Same here. Quotes should be here this week sometime. I almost had the bike as comfortable as I wanted. Will have to give a shout out for the Canyon Cages(front & rear). They held up surprisingly well. Would not hesitate buying another set.
