How many miles have you gotten on a set of Pirelli Sport Demons on your C10?

Just wondering.  I put a set of Sport Demons on my 2000 last summer, and after a period of a lumpy ride at 45-50 mph, they seem to be ok.  I am planning a 6000 mile ride next summer, and the tires will have around 2000 miles on them when I leave.  I would rather not replace the tires before I get home-I do my own mounting and balancing.  TIA

If you were me, you would not make it on that tire.  I got 5K out of the SD.  Take a serious look at the Shinko 777.
