I have 2 right side lenses but unfortunately, don't have one with all 3 tabs intact.

The orange lens is in very good condition on both of them.

I've had success plastic welding tabs on these, but I don't have one ready to bolt on.

Thanks for checking Stasch,  My orange lens is fine too.  I busted the bottom tab off last fall.  I had the broken off piece and was hoping to weld or glue it back together but now I can't find it.

I thought maybe your lens face was broken.  You can fix this.

All you need is some polypropelyne (sp?) and a soldering iron.

Any broken black plastic parts from the bike you may have around will work.  Fairing parts WON'T work, they're ABS.

I cut off a tab from a lens that had a broken face, but you could cut and bend a tab from scrap in the shape you need.  Use the soldering iron to weld it onto the black plastic body of the lens.  No need for adhesive.

Practise first on some scrap to get the feel for melt point etc.

Make sure and ventilate your work area well - strong fumes.

Thanks for the info Stasch,

I'm still hoping to find that broken off tab so I can weld it back on.  If not, I'm sure I can find something.
