Has anyone else made thier own heated jacket? If so did you run zones of a single wire. It's very easy to do. My first try was a single wire 30ga 36 feet long. I wore it last year riding into the low teens, it was warm but not hot. when I added heated gloves I added a duel controler, as the gloves where to warm. Yesterday I pulled the wire out cut it in half and ran two zones, much warmer, now I can turn the jacket down. It will soon get down into the teens again for good, it nice to have control over the heat. What have you done? I'm going too add heated glove liners to my drysuit for cold water diving.
