Suzuki Bergman 400
« on: July 09, 2011, 05:37:34 PM »
Anyone have experience with a Suzuki Bergman 400? Comfortable cruising speed (75mph in interstate)?
Maintenance issues?

They have a rather large forum for Suzuki Scooters at   http://burgmanusa.com.  Personally I never could get comfortable with the ergonomics of a large scooter.  It felt kind of like sitting in a chair and doing 70.  The riding position of a motorcycle makes me feel much more attached to the machine.

I'm sure it's comparable to the wife's Yamaha Majesty 400. I've had that over 80 several times with no problems. It still felt planted and had more to go. I'm 6'2" and 235 and it pulls me around just fine.

A friend has one and likes it, although he complains not enough distance between gas stops to sport tour it effectively

I have heard nothing but good things about all Bergman models.
