FWIW, I just ain't feeling em, they just look robotish to me and out of character for the lines of the 14.  Maybe on a Buel or Duc?  They do look like they would have a spot for tassles and a cup holder :yikes: :rotflmao: :chugbeer: :grouphug: :stirpot:

I didn't think they look too bad, I think they're better looking than the Heli option??

Not sure, I'd have to see em side by side to decide which looked oddest.  I am sold on the LSLs, maybe differant bars, but that makes the choice an easy one.

Wouldn't you know it... The same price as Heli's.  If they were cheaper and brushed aluminum, I would consider them.

Interesting and although they may be justified in the price, it is too much for me until I can get a few other things that I need first.  I think you should buy them so we can see some better photos....  :o  lol

Jay, the light bulb just came on, think how much money you'll be saving by not having the OEM bars powdercoated :)

The thing I like about them is the many multi-adjust options, which is much better IMO than a one size fits all... For me I'd like more pull back but not necessarily taller etc...

The things I don't really like about them though is all the silver bolts (easy fix) but more importantly that I'd lose my built in ram ball mount and powerlet plug that my Heli risers have, so I'd have to find another solution for my gps...  :-\

Sorry, but I think they are ugly as hell in black.  The HeliBar Horizons look about 1000 times better, and not just because they are colored the way aluminum is supposed to be.

But they do have different functionality.  The ugly PE ones have fascinating telescoping extensions, something  the Horizons do not.  But the Horizon's have a twisty droop angle thing I think the PE's do not.  It is hard to tell, because there is so little info on the PE ones.
Shoodaben (was Guhl) Mountain Runner ECU flash, Canyon Cages front/rear, Helibars risers, Phil's wedges, Grip Puppies, Sargent World seat-low & heated & pod, Muzzy lowering links, Soupy's stand, Nautilus air horn, Admore lightbar, Ronnie's highway pegs, front running lights, all LED, helmet locks, RAM Xgrip, Sena SMH10, Throttle Tamer, MRA X-Creen, BearingUp Shifter, PR4-GT, Scorpion EXO-T1200,etc

That did cross my mind Chet, although since I'm still having all the other parts powder coated I wouldn't save all that much, but it would eliminate the need to powder coat my bars, risers, and wedges...  :-\

 ???

Once again I disagree with you Max, those Heli Horizon bars look to have tons of adjustability which is awesome and most likely very comfortable...

But they are butt ugly IMO...  :doublepuke:

I'd like to try a set, either one will do but I can't justify the expense, espescillaly not knowing if I would like them, besides my bike is a 2008, these things are 10% of the value of the bike.-lol

Very hard for me to justify the price of either one also. Same reason I'm getting canyon cages instead of top blocks. Does that make me a cheapskate or just frugal? ;D
