This started it all

Back in 1974, my daddy purchased a 1972 Arctic Cat Whisker mini bike and put me on it. It was a clutchless, 2 speed automatic 50cc bike.   It's amazing to go down memory lane and think of the great times had back then and that have evolved into the riding passion that I hold now.  I think the part that I really enjoyed was we had a Schnauzer that shared the same name, Whiskers! Sure wish I had that bike now. http://www.oldminibikes.com/vintage-mini-bikes/arctic-cat/#72whisker

I learned on a mini-bike when I was 6 although it wasn't as fancy as that. Rode my first "shifter", a Rex 90, at 9.  I had it flat out (45mph) in a fairground parking lot with my dad.
