We finished Deadwood this past week. Three seasons worth.

This has got to be the foulest mouthed and most vulgar show on TV! We loved it!

I'm sad to see it end.

As a bonus, it seems that most of the characters were based on real people.

Watched the 'Making of the New Star Wars' last night.  Actually had a few tears form while watching it.  Watched the first in Danville, VA back in '77 on our wedding night.  I know, priorities first.  Have not heard the end of it since then.  Got to thinking it's been nearly 40 years that franchise has been going.  Also, they showed the rebel base and that was shot at the old RAF Greenham Common base (USAF).   My dad was there from 55-58 and I was born there.  Very emotional watching that show.

Watched the Hunger Games series and Mission Impossible series over the last few days. HG isn't my thing. All the MIs have their strong points. In order, I like 4-3-5-1-2. Wondering if Tom has another one in him.

Try reading the HG series instead, the books are WAY better.

On episode 3 of The Man in the High Castle, an Amazon Prime series.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1740299/

The story line is about what our country, and the world, would be like had the axis powers won WWW2. Germany and Japan are occupying our county and there's a resistance movement afoot.

Damn good so far and this series really has my attention. I've often wondered what would have happened had the Nazis developed the atomic bomb before we did.

I had a hard time with the first couple episodes. Did it pick up? It was just so slow.

My wife said the same thing and now she's hooked. I'm at ep 4 now and still enjoying it.

"Mr. Selfridge", final season. British TV show about the guy that pretty much invented department stores as we know them around 1900. Its a soap opera set in 1928, its puff, but its BRITISH puff and far better than anything offered here.
