That is different, mostly because Triumph can be a little short on reliability

Me either, but that bike is beautiful.  Plus, in a world of Harley's, fairly reasonable in price. I have a friend with more than that in his 02 fatboy.

Which is unfortunate.

Last AMA Superbike race I went to they ran the Pro Thunder class after the main event.

So very few people were there to see it.  Best sounding race of the day IMHO--heavily modded Buells, Triumphs, and Duc 748s.

No wonder the AMA is no longer promoting roadracing.
