Yes, and my guess is, if there is an automobile application for this part, such as many parts found in Bryan Moody's Cross Reference Parts List, http://www.cog-online.org/clubportal/clubdocs/1328/CommonConcoursParts1.pdf, we could buy it new for half of the agreed upon "best" price. I want to buy one at my local auto parts store, but I need the common part number.

I've been doing this Conni stuff in depth for over 9 years now, if there was a cross referenced number i would give it to you believe me...
My mentor GBYII been doing it since the first conni came out, and if there was a cross reference, he would have laid it on me / us.
sometimes you simply have to $pend a buck.
