A nice cup of tea
« on: August 18, 2016, 11:02:47 AM »
I had a short ride out yesterday and stopped in nearby Masham for a cup of tea, whilst I was sitting there I heard a bike approaching, he parked next to my GTR

Nice eh  ;)

The owner has owned the bike for over 35 years and uses it pretty much daily, interestingly he said that when he bought it that it cost about the same as 25% of average house values at the time, he said its now worth about 25% of average house values in the U.K today  :o

I'm wondering if my GTR /Connie will appreciate in value over the next 35 years.................probably not  ;D

Well, if you ride a BMW, you could probably carry it for a spare for when the rear drive goes out or some other catastrophic event.

Very nice bike.
