Stiffer eh?  So what does this extra stiffness gain one?

So, a firmer grip is required?  I understand the need for stiffness, but I always prefer a tender grip 8)

Back on track....

What is the purpose of stiffer clutch springs?  Why would someone want to do this?

Some complaints of clutch slippage.

I don't think I've ever had a problem with that..

Some complaints of clutch slippage.
161.5 at the back tire, never had an issue.  My GS has a Rekluse, they added 3 springs with a considerably higher rate due to a modded engine and the fact I have toasted 2 of their proto types.  I'm OK with that as it gives me piece of mind.  The guy who owns the school I teach for has stock springs, if his last a year I will go back to all stock springs as the lighter pull is nice :)

In my experience, either the rear tire slips with KTRC off or KTRC kicks in. My clutch doesn't slip on forward acceleration. Why stiffer springs?  Also, what would would be the implication of adding stiffer springs to the deceleration slipper function?
