I put one of these on my bike but without the wireless remote.

Amp in left glove box and speakers mounted to mirror holes on the controls.

Been on for 5 seasons and still working fine.

In the picture you can just make out the speakers and the remote is right below the cruise control controls.

I mounted a JBL PRV-175 marine head unit designed to install in a hole normally used for gauges.  Used PVC pipe fittings to get clearance to mount it. I put Clarion 4" speakers in the glove box doors.   May add an additional amp someday for the wind noise at high speeds.

MichiGlenn and Turbojoe78,

Thank you for sharing your solutions.
I'll see if I can get my kids to kick in for an early Christmas present!

I mounted a pair of 3.5" marine speakers on each side of the instrument cluser.

and a tiny headunit underneath a buck shelf.

What year is your bike? I'll be parting out the farkles from this one shortly if you're interested.
