How do you get the ignition switch off the upper triple?

Got the last piece I needed to swap in the zx-9 front.  I'm currently getting my butt kicked on multiple fronts.  There appear to be some sort of rivet? looking things holding on the ignition switch.  Do I just drill the heads off?

yes, they are sacrificial security screws, dremel or drill the heads off, and the swich will drop out, then turn the screws out with vicegrips, and replace using socket head screws of the correct size and length.
