Even though these gold shoes are for the matte black bodywork I'm doing I just couldn't wait to see what they looked like mounted, so I put em on with the green bodywork today...  ;D

Sorry for the crappy phone pics, kind of a gloomy day here in the PNW, no sun...  :(

I'm undecided if I like them with the green bodywork though, but I think they're gonna look sick with the matte black!!  8)

What do you guys think?  :-\

I think you need a gold exhaust system :)

I think I need to see it in person, since you are too cheap to buy a real camera :)  Kinda pale looking against the green and I agree, on the upcoming black bike they should be sharp ;D

I tend to agree.... they look good, but they are not as pronounced on the green bodywork as I think they will be on the black.

Not at all Poke, I put more miles on her over the winter than I did any other vehicle I have.

Agreed OCK.  :chugbeer:

I don't care for it with the green, it's not bad but not great either. With the matte black it should be very nice though.

As for magazine spreads.....have you spoken with the guys who print "wretched excess" or how about "farkle fettish weekly"  :rotflmao:
No, really, she is the best and I can prove it...

I think the gold looks nice with the green. Then again, I'm not a huge fan of black wheels. I like wheels with a different contrast than the tires...

I just messaged them through ebay in English and they replied back in English confirming they had the gold in stock, then when I paid with paypal I added in the notes section I wanted gold. Transit wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, took about 10 days to deliver from the day I ordered.  :)

Yes, the auction is for one pair. FWIW I just did the minimum bid and then somebody outbid so I let it go, then when the auction ended I got a 2nd chance op from the seller and hit buy it now, maybe that's just how they role...  :-\

Na, I didn't get a set for the black wheels, already have some pretty sick black caps from Pro-Bolt for those wheels.  :)
