what is Kawasaki talking about this time?
« on: September 19, 2012, 10:00:01 AM »
I found this message on Kawa's European page. Does somebody have a hint what they're talking about? Hopefully a new C15 with an overbored version of the new ZX-14R, with turbo.

And cruise control.
Build bridges, not walls.

Education is important. Riding my bike is importanter.

Looked like an advertisement for the new Z800 naked bike. Or am I being too obvious & simplistic and/or possibly missing something?
Life is good.... At least from my perspective.

The vid definitely was for the 800... and there's a teaser link below it, as well.

Nothing listed for the Concours.

Like for the Ninja 300, I see that the policy of increasing the capacity of the engines is back!  >:(
Marketing depts use this simple way to attract new Customers but in this way they don't make any technological progress: easy to say that the new version is more powerful when the engine is bigger!  ::)
But a bigger engine is also heavier and the bike will require more gas, thus if a progress in made in fuel usage it's wasted immediately after! Bah! >:(
Moreover people who are not that tall or strong will find harder handling a heavier bike.
Stand out from the crowd: do not buy a BMW !!!

Dude, the existing MPG fuelage of the 250, and the new 300, will hardly be measurable.

There's not even much difference between the 250 and existing 600 difference

That Ninja 300 is way more bike than the Ninja 250.  Don't know who is going to buy a CBR250 now.  The ZX10R is only 13 lbs heavier than the ZX6R.
