Went from Guhl to Shodaben mountain tuning
« on: April 08, 2018, 04:13:54 PM »
My only complaint is that the shodaben sticker fell apart. Guhl supplied a nicer sticker.
I had Guhl four like four years.
I sent an email over a month ago asking if they had reflash for slipon. I was irritated they never responded .
I live at 4700’. I see the Sierra Nevada mountains from my yard and I do travel them. One disadvantage is that the bike really does feel down on power here. I notice it when I am on the coast , feels like I gained an extra half cylinder. I can’t give a higher compliment than that.
With this new tuning, it feels like I gained the power I lost being at my 4700’ altitude. I have added a Delkovic 18” slip on and mccruise. Hopefully, the tuning, combined with the cruise , will measurably help out my cruise mpg.
I don’t know if anyone else has this tuning with mccruse, but next time I have a chance, I’ll post some mpg numbers.

I had the Guhl flash and got the Evo flash about 6 months ago. Night and day difference.
