I don't see how this is bushed.  Thanks for any advice, I hope this is the correct part.

It's not bushed.
The bearing inside the rocker is where the Linkage pivots.
Just bolt it on "gut-n-tite".

NOTE: Put the center-stand down / add a rope or other to hold it forwards / get a measurement from axle to somewhere (straight up) on the frame/ place the end of a 3'-4' board under the tire  (you can use it as a lever) / remove the bolts / use the lever to raise the wheel slightly and remove the Links / raise it more and install the Muzzy links / install and tighten the bolts / re measure from axle to (the same place) on the frame /.
"Mission Complete"

Lastly; Subtract the first measurement from the second measurement to determine the amount of drop (please report the numbers here).

STOP: Wait a minute!!
Something is wrong...
A Lowering Link should be "longer" than the OEM Link.

I just remembered that you have a C-10.
Your Muzzy Link appears to be off of a C-14 (or other).

A dick### from this forum who said he didn't know how to post images of what he had replied to my thread which stated C10 lowering links needed sold me C14 links.
