They say he got lucky and " Broke his Back" and had suffered this injury several times before.

Better body work and bigger wings, maybe.

I give up. How was this supposed to work? Assuming the car didn't disintegrate immediately, how was he supposed to hit the landing on the other side?

It was all figured our by the guy that determined that a Lincoln Mark was the appropriately aerodynamic missile ro install a rocket in. And it would reach 280 MPH in what appeared to be far less than1/2 mile.

In my dreams Jim..................those boys have skills I cannot begin to comprehend as they cover the 31+mile lap at average speeds I only hit in straight lines for seconds at a time............... :hail:

just check out the zero tolerance of any error on their part.................no run off ............normal cambered poor surface road, solid object as in house to hit while maxing out  :1DeadBanana

I'm amazed they can sit on the bike as the size of their balls goes beyond comprehension

Just finished the last episode of "Boardwalk Empire". To me this last season seemed rushed and it looked as they filmed it on the fly, just throwing in shootings and killing off characters left and right. Weak. Still, so much better than any of the crap on regular TV though.

Just finished watching the new version of Total Recall (2012) and I just cannot get the bad taste out of my eyes. What a terrible movie. The original (1990) was not good either but I really do not think it was as bad as the later one.

Watching an Australian TV show called "A Place To Call Home". First season came out in 2013 I think, thats what we are watching. Its basically a soap opera set in 1953, its well made though, well, compared to U.S. TV anyhow, I love the cars used and the ones in the background too. It has story lines not depicted in the U.S. which is different, which makes it appealing.
