Title: WTB Phils Rack with baggage mount.

Does anybody have a rack from Phils Farkles they aren't using anymore? I want one with the mounts needed for a Sears top box. I'm looking to buy one for my new bike. I am trying to avoid the crazy mounting methods I used on my last 2 bikes.

I've got a Phil's rack with the Givi mounts if you are interested in that.
