Raced a 'Vette today
« on: January 07, 2020, 05:02:22 PM »
Rode to town for provisions on this perfect for a ride day. Crossed the river and took the long way home on the west bank River Road. Nothing but levee to my right and mostly pasture on my left. Coming to one of the rare side roads I see a new vette at ba stop sign waiting for me to pass. Really just as a joke I gave him the look as I passed and revved it. To my surprise he came roaring by and  pulled away. Being the fool that I am I gave chase. At 130 I started t catch him. For whatever reason, before I could pull close he slowed and turned off onto a side road. Probably not because he had less motor than me. More likely more sanity :rotflmao:  Nevertheless it was a fun ride!
