C14 Handlebar risers for sale

Removed them when I installed helibars.  Includes bolts.  I'll send you a pic if desired.  $40 plus shipping from California.

Here's a pic.  I'm not sure who they are made by, as they were on the bike when I bought it.  I can ask the seller if you'd like.
