Hi, I received a couple similar questions regarding this so I'll post up on here for anyone interested...  :chugbeer:

Yes it will fit all years of the C14. If you already have a the Corbin seat this just takes the place of the passenger section, no additional hardware is needed, it mounts and dismounts just like the Corbin passenger seat. It comes with 2 keys.
