How do I get on this list, has there been a consensus on a good windshield or are there to many different opinions to get a general idea of the windshield I would like?

I did receive the windshields earlier today and have tried 3, the V Stream , Aeroflow and Cee Baileys. Wasn't intrested in the others. You can sure tell that the windshields have been pass around alot, i.e. the windshields do have alot of scratches and rubbing. Don't try testing in the dark as the oncoming head lights will blind you, and yes I know that there just loaners to see if there is something among them that you like, and I want to thank everyone who has tried them and left their input about what they liked and disliked. As for me I found the 2 that I liked the most was the V Stream and the Aeroflow (tuff decision???) so anyone with info on these 2 windshields please pm me with your likes and dislikes to quit possibly help me narrow down my search between the two. I don't think you can get them in a tall version, I think they are as is for the Connie, but I'm sure if I am wrong someone will let me know. I'm 5'10 on a good day and my bike does have 2 inch handle bar risers which allows me to sit more straight up and not leaned forward (gotta love the risers). So on that note I'll be waiting for some input on those windshields and I am ready to pass along the box of windshields to the next person. Just shoot me a pm and I will send them out to the next person asap.

I bought an Aeroflow after trying these. Be aware though, that the Aeroflow that is in there is taller than the standard version and might be taller by as much as 4". If you measure across the two top holes to the top of the screen and post the number on here, I will check mine and let you know.

They apparently do offer taller on their web site, but it wasn't listed as a highlight-able option when I was ordering and I just assumed it would be the same height as that demo one.

It still works better than my old CalSci XL (for me anyway).

I have been a bit of a lurker on this forum since I purchased my C14 earlier this summer, but I would love to try out the windshields.  If Robert still has the windshields I believe he may be out of town, but I would like to get put on the list for sure to try them.

Thanks!

I would like to try these out. Just picked up an 09 and I have to say, comparing this bike to my 04 ST1300 with a Vstream, the stock windshield is terrible on the Connie!  Too small, too low, and the wind noise levels in my helmet are louder than I have ever experienced. I would really like to try something larger. I love the Vstream on my ST and wonder how similar it may be on the Connie.

I now have the windshields. They arrived yesterday. I will take a couple weeks to try them out.  Going to have to work around snow storms.

Which Cee Bailey's shield is in the box?
