Tank Bra
« on: January 07, 2012, 04:29:18 AM »
For those that did not know- and I did not- a tank bra is a Godsend when you put your Levis up against the 21 degree ambient temperature gas tank. I tried it on back to back days and the difference is night and day. Ugly IMHO, but effective.

Both my Connies have had bras, so when I see one without, it looks nekid.
And yes, it does protect that rear end of the tank.

The tank bra will keep your tank from sagging as much in it's old age! ::)

I hate to bring back an old thread, but was wondering if anybody could direct me to a site that sells "Concours" c-10 tank bras, with "Concours" embossed on them? I've seen them, but neglected to ask where they came from?

I'm selling a "new" LP Bra to Timmerz, as my Connie doesn't wear lingerie.....   (Besides, there's little room left after my River Road magnetic tank bag.   Mike in TX
