Was visiting my son tending bar at a Hilton Garden Inn in Cranberry PA, and he informed me that an earlier guest at the bar was a Connie owner going from Virginia to visit the Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville, PA. (Sunday 10/15/12) I "just" picked up my new '12 Black Connie a few weeks ago, and it is by far the nicest ride this 57 year old has ever owned. (Over 20 Bikes) Anyway, he recommended to my son that I join up this forum. His ride had over 50k with an ironbutt plate frame, so the owner obviously does some serious riding. Anyway, If he happens to read this, hope you had a safe trip. Last Connie I had was an '06....the '12 is an absolute dream. Went from Pittsburgh to Bloomington Indiana last week and it's even a more comfortable ride than my '08 Goldwing. Love it!

Welcome to the forum. That rider will probably chime in sooner or later. Lot of good info and a bit of questionable humor here. Enjoy the bike.
