PR2 and PR3 prices in New England!!!
« on: May 22, 2011, 06:04:42 AM »
I'm looking for good prices for PR2s or PR3s in New England. I bought 2 sets of PR2s from Murphs at $260 per set in the past. I just looked and the prices climbed into the $300s. I'm just hoping someone up here has purchased some recently with some attractive prices. When I see prices over $300 I think about grabbing the older PRs for under $200. I just love the feel of the PR2s.

You can still get them under $300 at Motorcycle Superstore using the coupon code M351-MICHELIN through the 23rd.  Assuming they still have any left.

I looked there and it seemed they only showed 1 or the other tires. I couldn't find a full pair.

Word of warning…..Just cause the site says they have them doesn’t mean it’s so.  I ordered PR3’s from them online and it gave me and expected arrival date of 4 days later.  After 4 days pasted and I hadn’t got my tires or even a shipping notice I called to see what was up and they told me the tires were on back order.  Yeah thanks a lot, I got a trip planned in a week.
I canceled the order and placed one with Murph.  Had them in 2 days.  Nuff said.

Murph's is reliable. I liked the $260 per pair I paid the last 2 times. I'll look on their website again when I have more time. I guess there is no one in my area actually giving deals.
