windows 7 question

A friend has a computer with windows 7 installed, somehow she lost the tool bar, the one that has
FILE EDIT VIEW FAVOTITES TOOS HELP
any ideas on how she can get it back?

Organize -> Layout -> Menu Bar

Are you taking about IE? I do not remember a tool bar in the desktop...unless I am missing something.

He's talking about the menu bar across the top of a File Explorer (not IE) window.

Another option, to make sure it always shows up:

Start > Control Panel > Folder Options
Select the "View" tab
Check "Always show menus"
