Givi TB104 on Phil's Rack

Here are some pictures of a Givi TB104 backrest I mounted on a Phil's rack. Works great and I think it looks pretty sanitary.

Very sano TD! Does that set-up allow enough room to still mount a trunk with the backrest on?

I am not sure. I got the rack with the Givi option and you can see the holes where I removed the Givi hardware. It would be real close and maybe some will work and some will not.
