C10 Light Bar FOUND!!! No longer looking
« on: November 16, 2011, 10:20:38 AM »
Anybody have a Light Bar for a C10 they want to get rid of?  I have an unused set of Snarf's Driving Light Mounts that I thought would be perfect...but, I'm afraid the LED lights I want to use are too heavy...trade considered...

Let me know if you want to sell the light mounts and how much total to delivered price to 22079.  You can PM me.

Don't know if you are still looking for a light bar but I actually think I have one in the garage.  Just the bar, nothing else.

I'm interested if CRocker isn't.

Not in a hurry, just wouldn'd want it to get away.

Ok, I found it but hurt my shin in the process...

I have the light bar (black).  It's the one Larry Buck sold, I think.  Also have a set of Hela FF200's I bought to go with it.  $75 for both, plus shipping (I won't know the shipping cost until this Friday).  If you just want the light bar then 25 plus shipping.

I just live up in Lorton.  I guess I could just ride down to King George (I thought that's where you are) to get them sometime soon.  Unless CRocker is still listening ....

The bar would be yours if you guys work out a deal, but I would still like to get the lights.

Ok, the lights will be $50 plus postage.  I'll get you a total by Friday.

The bar goes to CRocker....

You don't spend enough time frittering your life away online, perhaps?

Why do I always miss these things, I need one as well.

I have a simple light bar made of (1/8") heavy wall  3/4" square alum tubing that I used on my bike for a good number of years. All you will need to mount it to the bike is two stacks of 1/4" Flat Washers to space it away from the cowling and two long (60 mm?)  6 mm bolts. Mounting is simple just remove the two bolts that hold the cowling to the bike in front nearest to the oil cooler, evenly stack flat washers behind the bracket until the bar just clears the cowling. Is really strong too I dropped the bike in the garage once (ok maybe twice) and the light bar held the bike up without so much as a scratch. All I want is enough money to cover the shipping.
