C10 lowering links, used
« on: August 19, 2020, 05:15:28 AM »
I did a search and back in 2011 someone here bought a set for $35 on ebay.  Excitedly I went to ebay and they now start at $277.  Looks like a lot of machining and materials go into it so not going to criticize, its just I have too much money already allocated into the big bore project. Anyone have a used set?
If no how would you modify the side stand so the bike isn't on the verge of falling over?

To make the OEM work; Heat the side stand near the bottom, and bend it out slightly. Problem solved.

Best way to lower a C-10 is Norm Soucy's lowering rocker.
Anddddd; {if interested} A C-14 or ZZR-1200 Shock can be used.

Ride safe, Ted
