2011 Concours C14, $10,250 - Los Angeles
« on: July 10, 2012, 10:43:42 AM »
2011 Concours C14
Ebony Black
Never down
1 3/4" bar risers

650 miles
First service completed

I purchased the motorcycle after debating between it and a BMW R1200RT. After a few rides, I realize that I made the wrong choice for me and my style of riding.

Paid $15,600 OTD, but looks like it's only worth about $10,250 on the resale market, so that's my asking price/OBO.

If I needed a bike I'd be on that like white on rice.

WOW!!!!  Wouldn't want to do a partial trade on a 2006 C-10 would ya?   ;-)
Does this mean we get a "Re-Do" on life too?

Excuse me? I sent you my telephone number, and my phone did not ring with you on the other end.

I called the # you gave me for the hotel you supposedly work at in Mexico twice and they didn't recognise your name.

SPAM? Just saying:  Doesn't this ad sound like one a week ago where a member sold a 2011 for about $9250.   He said he bought a BMW 1200 and the Concours and decided on the BMW.

Sorry but I wouldn't buy from anyone in Mexico. (nothing personal)  (Now if your talking guns from "Fast and Furious" at least you know an honest guy in behind the deal.)

Actually his name is Eric too?   :banghead:

I noticed the similarities of the two ad's also. The ad from last from week seemed fishy too after he stop answering my PM's.

This was what the guy in the other thread said...

2011 Concours C14 ABS, silver.
Heli bar risers
Russell Day Long Saddle
Zumo 665 w/ XM antenna, and mount
3,850 miles

I bought the bike late last year along with an R1200RT, because I could not decide which I wanted. My preferences have spoken, 15,800 miles on my R1200 vs 3,800 miles on the C14 in the time period, so the Connie must go. All service records available.
