I'm sure that we can make that work for you.

Question......with no pilot bit, does the piece come out in the drill? Do you fish it out or just leave it in there.

It remains as part of the exhaust system. So far I haven't noticed it and I doubt I ever will.

It's been 54,000 miles without.  I'm sure it will wait a little longer.

Nice Tele - I did the same thing back in 05, lent out my bafflectomy tool with the contigency that whoever got it passed it on, and on - I think the first guy got it and that was the end of it. hope your effort does better - Steve

Wasn't your first bafflectomy tool a piece of sharpened rebar and a big a$$ hammer?  It worked great!  Seems I saw a picture somewhere! :chugbeer:

Ok
So this item is in such demand.  Where do I ship it to after I get it.  Have 3 Roibi batteries and 2 Dewalts on charge.   I expect the operation to be quicker that I visit to the doctor on Friday

Unless your batteries are really old, just one should do the job.   ;D

Though I have an old Ryobi battery that wouldn't...  And another that might barely...

3 mules and 2 oxen left Jacksonville today with the tool in a new box.  I am told the address it is going to is so far out in the sticks they will have to resupply at the end of your street before the final leg.  I have the tracking number for the tube if you don't get it in a timely manner..
  Thanks for the use.
