So what oil is everyone running now?  Figured we might as well get this outta the way.

Whoa! Isn't that a car oil?!?!  I heard we can only use diesel oil in them thar' bikes. I'm running Rotella T6 syn.  In my extensive five mile torture test it's obviously the best oil I've ever used!   :rotflmao:

I've been using T6 Rotella, but last time I tried Mobile 1 deisel 5w-40.

Last fri: 1203 mi in 19 hrs on Rotella synth

Used to use 10W40 MX4T, but switched to Mobil 1 TDT 4w40, and its worked well for me for the last few years...

Mobil extended mileage mixed with 2 quarts of slick 50.  Makes everything smooth as buttah! ;)

Urine or full synthetic - they both have the same appearance but one does a better job in the engine  ::)

Picked up Castrol 4T 10w-40 to put in after I get 600 Miles on it. Hope either some use or new oil improves the clunky shifting in 1st & 2nd.

The PO ran castrol Dino in my bike and I had hard shifting in first and second until I went to synthetic. It changed my shifting completely, I will never go back.

I'm using extra virgin olive oil - it's supposed to be better for you.
