Ah yes, like the start of so many jokes..... a bikini- clad woman on a horse rides into a nightclub..... Apparently the horse was 'spooked', which I am taking to mean it was an 'assault horse'. No idea on the horse's size, so I do not know if it was 'high capacity' or not.
I certainly hope someone introduces legislation to stop this kind of reckless, abhorrent behavior!
