I think that after looking at all this BBQ that I'm gonna have to smoke me some ribs this weekend. I'll be using real hickory too.    :P

Not all of us live in those sunshine year round states  :(. Rainy season is ON here in Oregon, I only ride on the 0% chance of rain days for the next bunch of Sunday's. Most of us worry about cages on dry pavement, I completely avoid them in the wet months.

I'm sure you will see me here again before winters over though. Best burgers on the West coast.

^^^^^^^nice!

I'm about to take a KLR across the country in October, already have it wired for the heated suit.  Ultimately I'll end up in Death Valley for camping, but the route there will be cold and they tell me it'll be cold when riding in the snow/mountains

The Shed in Edom, TX (FM279 @ FM 314).  Can you smell the goodness coming out of that smoker? And the pies are the best thing since...well, KIPASS.

Katy's Smokehouse in Trinidad California. While riding up the coast of California I stumbled into this gem. The best fresh smoked fish I'v ever had. Local supermarket provided the cream cheese and fresh baked rolls. MMMMMMM
