no longer needed...
« on: March 03, 2013, 09:24:03 PM »
Must be straight/true, no dings/gouges, I don't care about color/finish and don't need any of the insides etc.  :)

Chrome or green? 8)  Or maybe a pattern for a mold to make CF rims?

You're just not happy unless your spending money huh? :loco:

I know the feeling, I just cannot act on it as much as you.

Get nice wheels instead of more stock ones if they will make a set for the shaft drive. Probably only another 2 or 3 k for a custom order  :D

I wish Spanky, I contacted them about 6 months ago and they weren't interested in making me a custom set, they wouldn't even give me a quote...  >:(

I'm thinking have that 3rd set of bodywork done in a special "frosted black" (it's a flat black with a slight blue'sh tint hue pearl that only really shows in full sun over it and then mutliple clear coats over that, it's a really sick paint in person but from afar is pretty plain Jane, very opposite of the Golden Blaze green bodywork currently being done) and then do gold anodized wheels to match my Ohlins forks...  :o

Whatcha think?

Just an idea for now, but the more I think about it the more I'm liking the concept...  8)

Dude, great idea. You should start a new thread, maybe it wil be 40 pages of someone else's work to really get JJ annoyed.

Flat black is too HD. They call it denim. I know, not quite the same, but still.....
You can do better! Hey - why don't you start a thread for suggestions? And the winner gets the first ride! ;D
