New home purchase for Mr Pepsi!
« on: December 31, 2018, 10:16:01 AM »
Look what I've gone and done.
After 20 years in Northern California, I'm returning to Oregon.
We will rent it out for about one year, then move sometime in 2019.

Thanks guys, we are over the moon.
Just hoping to find work in the next six months.
I would rather not move without jobs, but we plan to do that after a year or so.

Where abouts in Oregon? My brother and his wife moved to a rural area about 20 miles south of Bend right on the Deschutes River. Beautiful area.

I bought in the city of Bend.

Their property borders the La Pine State Park to the south. The west border is the Deschutes River itself. A very nice place, I just visited for the first time this past October.

Bend is a very nice place to live in Oregon.

Dan, you're place is in a pretty nice area too.
Let me tell you from experience, the Sunset, in San Francisco sucks.
