In 7 hours I'll be boarding old faithful and heading to the beach!
No I won't be swimming (at least I don't think so).
I haven't been to the coast in a few years and I miss it.
I know it sounds wacky but I miss the sounds, smells and sight of the salt water ocean.

Yes it's super slab but I want to get there. I'll stop by Ben & Jerry's for a quick cone
Wife and kids are in MS and I'm free as a bird! It' going to be 80 tomorrow........

Ok so I got up REAL late and scrapped the beach plan. To be honest the thought of
5 hours on the hiway didn't really thrill me!
So plan B went in to action (made it up at 9:59am)

Left at 10am back at 7pm NO superslab just sweet curves!

I was surprised, there was almost no one on the roads except in the touristy places.

Awesome... enjoy! Until I moved to Colorado, I never lived more than an hour or so from the beach my entire life... don't know what your missing until it's gone. What I really miss is going to the supermarket and picking up fresh fish... man do I miss Fiesta and HEB stores.
