If I was thinking about it, I should have asked everyone who uses it to sign the inside of the box. ;-)
Maybe get a map going on Google of all of the tool's travels.

Question......with no pilot bit, does the piece come out in the drill? Do you fish it out or just leave it in there.

It remains as part of the exhaust system. So far I haven't noticed it and I doubt I ever will.

Nice Tele - I did the same thing back in 05, lent out my bafflectomy tool with the contigency that whoever got it passed it on, and on - I think the first guy got it and that was the end of it. hope your effort does better - Steve

Wasn't your first bafflectomy tool a piece of sharpened rebar and a big a$$ hammer?  It worked great!  Seems I saw a picture somewhere! :chugbeer:
