If this was the first time that he did this that would be one thing, it isn't. This is the third time for that poor fence! Look close, see the rope holding the fence up from the last sacrifice?

This has been ongoing for 5 years now. This same guy ran for mayor of our lil village.    :o

Nope. He lives north of me and I always drive south as I'm leaving. This guy is the laughing stock of the neighborhood.
