Saddlemen Explorer RS or G Tech
« on: April 18, 2017, 01:57:16 PM »
Anyone here using a Saddleman Explorer RS or G Tech seat? If so, how do you like it? My Corbin is too firm for my skinny butt and I need something else.

I'm also curious.  I'm interested in this seat, and in the Kawasaki touring seat.

In looking at some of these older post, I saw a comment that said the 2015 Concours has the touring seat.  Is this a sure thing?  The part #'s are 53066-0464-49L for the stock seat, and 99994-0500 for the touring seat.  Also why would Kawasaki show the touring seat as an accessory if it came with the bike?

That is a good question, although one I can't answer.  Several threads have indicated that it is the included seat, though.

This is the most I could find on the Saddlemen seat.  It does seem to be a nice seat.  I have seen it for $384.

My 2015 did not come with the touring seat - it is offered as an accessory.
